    Old dogs, new dogs, blind dogs, deaf dogs, 3 legged dogs, all dogs…they love to show off their tricks. So show us your dog’s tricks!!!

  • Prizes But No Contest

    Bring a prize to share and bring one home. Prizes are for peeps or pups (your choice). How about a ticket to a movie, an ice cream cone or a pet bakery snack. Get creative. It’s all good.

  • Costume Parade of Pups

    Join us for our handicappable pup parade…The only one of its kind in the world!!! Costumes encouraged.

  • Leave No Trace

    Leave no trace!
    A friend once told me about visiting someones home, “If you leave it cleaner than when you got there, you get invited back.” Please pick up what is yours and maybe what was someone else’s. We love our parks; let’s keep them clean!

    April C. Taylor, aka MC Treasure Chest is thrilled to be emceeing this year's Three Legged Dog annual picnic. April is a dog mom to a saucy Chihuahua named Dottie and loves all the pooches she meets. When not emceeing, April works in dance education and communication, events, and community building

  • Trina and Wallace Trickster of Tricks

    Trina and her husband adopted Wallace when he was just under a year old. He came to a shelter covered in mats, foxtails, a shattered leg and a broken soul. Trina learned about Canine Circus School in Oakland and enrolled him immediately, hoping it would be a great fit for Wallace with his love of learning and agility. Wallace and Trina have been students at Canine Circus School off and on for over 5 years now and they both love it. They are honored to have been asked to facilitate this years dog tricks portion of the picnic, and are excited to see other dogs and their owners share their tricks and skills!

    Belinda Blair is a versatile singer, band leader, ukulele player and performer of swing, jazz, blues, indie rock and lounge music in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

  • Sister Chola- Dog Blesser of One Leg Lesser

    Sister Chola is dedicated to being of service to other human beings and all creatures great and small. She has been a Sister of Perpetual Indulgence since March 2015, and in her life has been involved in social justice and activism as a labor leader. Her heart is genuine with a blessing for each and every Tri Paw. She touches many hearts and loves her service to community.

    Franny is a San Francisco Bay Area native and massage therapist with a compassionate soul. and a warm heart for our handicapable canines. With a special passion for supporting events in our vibrant city, she is excited by organizing her own event for three-legged dogs, celebrating their resilience and spirit Drawing inspiration from the creative energy San Francisco, she has been an integral part of numerous art installations.

  • Kitty Stryker our Blessing Booth Blesser

    Kitty Stryker a lover of animals big and small Kitty is also a published author, anarchist activist, queer femme, Juggalo ethnographer and leftist doomsday prepper located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her anthology called "Ask: Building Consent Culture", that succeeded in signal-boosting marginalized voices within consent discussions. "Ask" got an Honorable Mention at the Foreword Reviews awards, as well as being used in multiple universities to teach the complexities of consent in a culture that rewards entitlement.

    Andie brings experienced communications strategy and a spoonful of sugar to producing connection through events, storytelling, film and video, art, publications, transformational experiences, and creative happenings. With 20+ years on the Burning Man staff and just the right number of other creative irons in the fire (hint: always one too many), she’s a producer and connector who’s in it for the love of bringing people together…and the dogs!

    Susan, as Shelter Manager at the Kentucky Humane Society for four years, demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing intake, adoptions, foster care, and general shelter operations. Under her guidance, the organization achieved a remarkable 98% adoption rate, with a yearly intake of around 10,000 animals. Susan's innovative Working Cats Program further showcased her dedication to finding unique solutions for animal welfare. Her impact extended beyond numbers, inspiring both staff and the community with her passion and commitment to making a difference in the lives of animals.
